What is the MOQ, and do you have a sample policy?
Our standard MOQ is 500 units for offset printing — the point where plate and die setup costs become economical. For startups and market tests, digital printing supports quantities as low as 250 units. We provide a fully finished pre-production sample (PPS) for around $100–200 depending on complexity, and this fee is 100% refundable when the full order is placed.
What is the production cycle for small-batch orders under 500 units?
Small batches use digital printing, which needs no plates and shortens setup time. Typical production is 10–15 business days after sample approval. Per-unit cost is higher, but total investment is far lower — ideal for market testing, limited editions and launches.
What is the most durable box for shipping fragile items like glass bottles?
We recommend a rigid gift box or corrugated cardboard box, optionally with a custom paper insert. Both are substantially stronger and keep products secure through transit.
How do you handle logistics, and do you offer consolidation?
We offer EXW, FOB and DDP. Most clients choose DDP — we handle shipping, customs clearance and duties straight to your warehouse. Consolidation is available: other items sourced in the region can be stored and combined into one shipment to reduce freight.
What are your artwork requirements, and do you provide structural design?
Send Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or high-resolution vector PDF files in CMYK, with Pantone (PMS) codes for spot colors and all text converted to outlines. Our engineering team also designs dielines and custom inserts from scratch if you don’t have packaging files yet.
What certifications does your factory hold?
ISO 9001 for quality management, FSC for responsibly sourced paper, and Sedex/BSCI and SMETA for ethical and social compliance. We are also fully audited and approved by Disney.
